Refund policy

No refunds for completed consultations. A refund must be requested before a consultation begins. No refund for services already rendered.

Refund for goods damaged in shipping must be requested within thirty days.

No refunds for digital goods after download is complete. If an error occurs preventing download of purchased digital goods, refund must be requested within thirty days.
