No two minds are exactly alike. Every mind is like a snowflake, unique in its own way and function. Each of us establish our own beliefs and perceptions. As such, you are the creator of your own dominion.
Within you exists your own world inside the worlds of the Universe. You create your own reality every day. You have the power to change anything inside your awareness. That is why I look at pondering as a technique for self-creation.
Being aware of this ability allows you to choose direction for Self. It begins through pondering the outcome you want. To ponder your present and future is to take charge of self-creation. In Psychology Today, Albert Rothenberg, M.D. and Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, describes self-creation. He says it is a process of making aspects of oneself better by breaking away from the past and creating features that are new.
“Often, it’s not about becoming a new person, but becoming the person you were meant to be,
and already are, but don’t know how to be.” ― Heath L. Buckmaster
Self-creation is a powerful experience. We can all benefit from it. As previously mentioned, the process starts with pondering. So what do I mean by pondering? The Oxford Dictionary defines ‘ponder’ as a verb. It means “to think about (something) carefully, especially before making a decision or reaching a conclusion.” You can ponder simple subjects, such as what to eat for lunch.
Or, you can ponder deeper. You can consider an incident and choose how to interpret its meaning. In essence, you can decide how any experience affects your life. You can choose whether to let another’s words alter the rest of your day. Or, you can consider whether a simple change of perspective would make your life better.
There are numerous synonyms for pondering. Note that some are charged with more positive and productive energy: thinking, considering, contemplating, reflecting, meditating, musing, etc. Others make you feel frazzled and frustrated just by reading them: brooding, puzzling, overthinking, dwelling, deliberating, and ruminating. These use more of our energy, and they feel tedious.
Be careful when you sit down to ponder that you do so positively. That’s when amazing things can happen. (Note: Improve your ability to maintain clarity by nourishing yourself with the visionary stone, shungite.
So, what is your reality right now? Could it use improvement? If you adjust your Self, moving over just a fraction in reality, you can become something entirely different. Your whole experience of the Universe will change because you will unlock a new variant of your dimension. All it takes is a change in the way you think or interact with the world. To expand this experience, you might jumpstart your pondering with a focused meditation. Tell yourself: “My evolution to myself, my oath to move, and my willingness to move allows me to create change for myself and my highest good.”
Begin right now by pondering what direction your Self must travel to arrive closer to your greatest expression. You’ll know when your compass is oriented toward the right path because your vibrational frequency will rise. In other words, you will feel nourished and uplifted.
